Summary
In India, there are insignificant numbers of published studies that evaluate the types of nurses’ professional development within hospitals and the essential role played by the practice. In the current world, there is the need for nurse managers to invest in coaching nursing professionals so that they can meet the dynamic needs of clients and help to improve care outcomes (Ramesh & John, 2015). Thus, the authors of the article aimed at evaluating the current program that is utilized by nursing management teams to develop nurses in a professional way, assessing the effect that nursing facilities attain after they professionally coach their nursing staff, and determining the role of the nurses’ development program on nurses and hospitals. The investigators used a cross-sectional descriptive design whereby face-to-face interviews were conducted with a sample size of seventy nurses in a training hospital in Bangalore. Those professionals with less education and fewer years of working suggested that professional coaching could help them learn about recent developments. All the interviews agreed that professional development could be essential to both personnel advancement and care outcomes (Ramesh & John, 2015).

Consequences
Evidently, the study did not use a theoretical or conceptual framework; and the audience cannot comprehend the foundation of knowledge on which the investigation was based. The role played by a theoretical framework in any investigation cannot be overstressed: it is the grounding base that researchers use to support the problem statement, questions, and the significance. However, in the current study, one cannot understand the pool of knowledge or theories from which the investigation borrowed. Besides, on reading the article, the audience learns that the vision for the inquiry is unclear, the overall structure of the publication is not organized well, and the study is weak.
